St Johnston Cricket Club is a cricket club in St Johnston, County Donegal, Ireland, playing in North West Championship.
Founded in 1898, the club was the first North Western team to win the Irish Senior Cup, in 1987.[1] Promoted back to thee premier league in 2015 the current club squad is: Ian Macbeth (c) Ryan Macbeth Alan Macbeth David Macbeth Jack Macbeth Kevin Martin (w) Khushpal Singh Jassi Walia Nathan Cole Ethan Lapsley David Anthony 12th man Michael Rankin. The clubs members are renowned for their annual hosting of The Barn Dance/BBQ. It was as its debut night that the allegations of ball tampering in the long grass in the neighbouring field first came to light.
