St. Xavier’s Boys’ Academy, Mumbai (SXBA), India, was established by the Jesuits in 1957. It is an unaided private SSC Board English medium school with students enrolled from K through 10. It is accredited by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education to prepare students for their Secondary School Certificate Examination. SXBA accepts boys of all communities, castes, or creeds.
There are 24 on the teaching staff, 4 teacher assistants, 2 counsellors, plus coaches for football and cricket. The school is divided into four houses: Kabir, Tilak, Tagore, and Nehru.[1]
