Silea is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Treviso in the Italian region Veneto, located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) north of Venice and about 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Treviso. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 9,767 and an area of 18.7 square kilometres (7.2 sq mi).[1]
