Sigri Welhaven
Sigri Welhaven (1894 – 1991) was a Norwegian sculptor. She was the daughter of Hjalmar Welhaven, and her first husband was Jean Heiberg. She lived in Paris from 1919 to 1939. She has made busts of Thorvald Lammers, Halvdan Koht, Hauk Aabel and Sem Sæland. She made a number of animal sculptures, and is represented in the National Gallery of Norway with Elefantgruppe from 1965.[1][2]
