Shaalin Zoya (also known as Shalu[1]) is a Mollywood actress, dancer and anchor. She is best known for playing the role of Deepa Rani in Asianet TV's soap opera Autograph. Zoya hails from Kozhikode, Kerala, India and was born to a business man father and house wife mother.[2][3]

Early life

Shaalin Zoya (Born Fathima Saalin) hails from Tirur, Kerala and is still a student. Her father is a businessman and she has a brother. Being born to a Muslim family, Shalin had to face little problems here and there in taking up this profession, however, it was her mother, a dance teacher who gave her full support and motivation. Shaalin is known as Shalu among her friends and relatives.
