The two highest-placed clubs at the end of the season are promoted to the Super League Premier Division. The four lowest-placed clubs are relegated to the relevant district league. The third-placed finishers enter the West Region League play-off against the third-bottom finishers in the Premier Division to determine who is promoted or who remains in the top flight.
