Sandra Ako (born 3 March 1994) is a Papua New Guinean female weightlifter, competing in the 69 kg category and representing Papua New Guinea at international competitions. She won the gold medal at the 2011 Pacific Games and the silver medal at the 2015 Pacific Games with a total of 183 kg. She participated at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in the 69 kg event.[1]
