Sam Byers is a British novelist.[1]
He was educated at the University of East Anglia (MA Creative Writing, 2004; PhD, 2014).[2] He received the Betty Trask Award and Waterstones 11 prize for his debut novel Idiopathy. Idiopathy was also shorlisted for the 2013 Costa Book Awards First Novel award, and longlisted for the 2014 Desmond Elliott Prize.
