Rusibisir
Rusibisir is an ancient city and former bishopric in the Roman province of Mauretania Caesariensis. It is now a Latin Catholic titular see.
History
Rusibisir was located in the region of Tiza in modern Algeria. It was important enough to become a suffragan diocese of provincial capital Caesarea Mauretaniae's Metropolitan Archbishopric.
Titular see
The diocese was nominally restored in 1933 as a Latin titular see and since has five near-consecutive Latin incumbents, of the lowest (episcopal) rank with a single (archiepiscopal) exception.
