Ruhul Quddus Talukder "Dulu" (born 7 September 1962) is a Bangladeshi lawyer and Bangladesh Nationalist Party politician who was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Natore-2 from 1996 to 2006.[1][2] He served as Deputy Minister for Land.
In 2012, he, along with Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, Hannan Shah and Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir were jailed for political riots. They were later released.[3]
