Robert P. Mahfouz

Robert P. Mahfouz (born October 30, 1959 in Metairie, Louisiana) is a former professional American football player.[1] Mahfouz became the starting quarterback for the Jacksonville Bulls of the USFL in 1984.[2] He was invited to camp by the New Orleans Saints in 1985, but they could not reach contractual agreement. He currently coaches high school football at Live Oak High School in Watson, LA on the outskirts of Baton Rouge.

College

Mahfouz played for the LSU Tigers football team from 1979 to 1980 before transferring to Southeastern Louisiana University where he set many of the Lions' passing records from 1981 to 1982.
