Rick Billinger (born December 16, 1951) is a Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives representing the 120th district (Northwest Kansas). He has represented the 120th district during the years of 2011-2012, and was reelected in 2015.[1][2]
Billinger will replace Senator Ralph Ostmeyer in the Kansas Senate in 2017.[3]
