Red Box Recorders

Red Box Recorders Ltd is an international organisation that specialises in telephone voice recording.[1]

The business was founded in 1998, originally as an outsourced software developer for Racal Recordings.[2] Livingbridge completed a £14m investment to fund the management buyout of Red Box Recorders in May 2013.

Based in Nottingham, UK, the company provides communication recording solutions to store, retrieve and analyse voice, IM, video, and data for policy and legal compliance, fact verification, business investigation, and quality monitoring.[3]
