Radio Bangor

Radio Bangor is an online worldwide radio station that broadcasts live commentary on all Bangor City FC matches, home and away. It was the first platform to run a live commentary service of matches in the Welsh Premier League that was run by the fans. Originally launched using the Ustream platform it moved to Stickam when the original hosts started to include unannounced adverts mid show. When Stickam shut down the broadcasts were moved onto Justin.tv, where the presenters also streamed live video coverage of Stjarnan FC v Bangor City FC in the 2014 UEFA Europa League.

At the start of the 2014-15 season, the station was again forced to move platform when Justin.tv shut down and is now broadcasting via streamup.com.

Awards

The station has twice won the Daily Post "Best Venture" award.
