Rachael Kristeen Todd (born June 19, 1987) is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Oviedo, Florida who was named Miss Florida 2009. She had previously won Miss Suncoast. Todd represented Florida in the 2010 Miss America pageant.[1]
Todd is an alumna of the University of Central Florida, class of 2009, where she was a communications major. At UCF, Todd was vice president of membership for the Kappa Delta sorority and a member of the Delta Epsilon Iota and Rho Lambda honor societies. Todd is UCF's second Miss Florida winner, after Ericka Dunlap in 2003 who won Miss America 2004.[2]
