Puerto Rico Route PR-25 is a primary urban road lying entirely in the Puerto Rican capital city of San Juan. PR-25 is coextensive with Ponce de León Avenue. It is a one-way mostly two-lane road running from Old San Juan towards Río Piedras pueblo for most of its length, three lanes run through the Isleta de San Juan corridor. The only section that is not multilane is in Río Piedras pueblo.
