Paul Ratcliffe was born 4 July 1971 in Leeds, England.
He has had two books of his royal photography published. In 1993 (Robert Hale Ltd) and 2011 (Amberley Publishers) https://www.amberley-books.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=royal+encounters , both entitled 'ROYAL ENCOUNTERS.
He has a royal website showcasing his photography. He has also seen his work used on commemorative items, and has written features for www.royalcentral.co.uk.
