Panzer Dragoon Mini is a Sega Game Gear video game, released in 1996.
Due to the technical limitations of the Game Gear, it plays closer to the classic Sega arcade game Space Harrier, although it has the lock-on feature; also, for the first and (so far) only time in the series' history, the dragon doesn't have a rider.
