The Our Lady of Help Bridge (Portuguese: Ponte de Nossa Senhora da Ajuda) is a bridge that crosses the Guadiana River and when it was complete, connected Elvas and Olivença, Portugal.
History
In 1510 the bridge was built for King Manuel I of Portugal.
In 1709 the bridge was partially demolished during the War of the Spanish Succession.
On the 24 January 1967 the Portuguese government declared the bridge a National Heritage Monument.
