Orava Parish (Estonian: Orava vald) is a rural municipality in south-eastern Estonia, Põlva County. The municipality has a population of 854 (as of 1 January 2008) and covers an area of 175.52 km². The population density is 4.9 inhabitants per km².

There is a total of 30 villages in Orava Parish. Administrative centre of the municipality is Orava village.
