Omar Hanoune

Omar Hanoune (Arabic: عمر حنون‎‎, Egyptian Arabic pronunciation: [ˈʕomɑɾˤ ḥɑnon]; born Omar S. Mohamed; c. 12 September 1987, Alexandria) is an Egyptian human rights activist,[1] international law specialist[2][3] and part-time physique model.

Though he played a minor[4] role in sparking the Egyptian Revolution of 2011[5] that began on 25 January 2011, he was the main founder of Monazmet ElHorya "l'Organisation de la Liberté"[6] (Arabic: مـُـنــَـظــّـمـة الـحـرّيـة‎‎[7]), the E-Organization which played a crucial role organising Tahrir Square[8] during the Egyptian Revolution of 2011.
