Norbert Felsinger (born July 17, 1939) is an Austrian figure skater. He won the silver medal at the 1960 European Figure Skating Championships and the bronze medal at the Europeans in 1959. He participated 1956 and 1960 at the Winter Olympics. He represented the club Wiener Eislauf Verein (WEV).
