Nicole Taylor Hart

Nicole Taylor Hart or Nicole Hart (born September 27, 1968) is an American actress and songwriter.

Biography and Work History

Born Jennifer Nicole Cedzich in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, to the country songwriter, Chris Gantry, and Mary Cason. In 2003, she and Emerson Hart won an ASCAP award for "Best Theme Song of Television" for co-writing "Generation" for the NBC drama American Dreams.

She was the co-host for CMT's Ultimate Home in 2004, along with Kim Nunn and Joe Parker.

On July 18, 2016, she and Jace Everett launched the audio and video podcast Nashville Later with Jace Everett that airs twice a week. The podcast is conversations with people of interest in Nashville, as well as, conversations between host and producer.


Personal

On October 14, 2000, she married the singer-songwriter Emerson Hart (of the band Tonic). Together, they have one child, Lucienne Elizabeth Hart born October 4, 2007. They divorced in November of 2008.

On August 22, 2015, she married the singer-songwriter Jace Everett in Nashville.
