Nasuni is a privately held U.S. company that specializes in cloud storage. The company has its headquarters in Natick, Massachusetts and was founded in 2009.[1]
The firm's storage product uses cloud-based NAS technology,[2] local Filer appliances, and the company's proprietary UniFS global file system.[3] The service stores customer data as a sequence of snapshots that include every version of every file. The firm has demonstrated the ability to store more than one billion objects in a single storage volume.[4] Nasuni publishes an annual report on the performance, availability, and scalability of the major cloud storage providers.[5][6][7]
Awards
