  Najiehe Railway Bridge Location in China | |
The Najiehe Railway Bridge is a arch bridge currently under construction in Guizhou, China. Once complete the bridge, at 305 m (1,001 ft), will be the highest railway bridge in world. It will also be one of the longest arch bridges with a main span of 352 m (1,155 ft). The bridge will cross the Sancha River between Zhijin in Bijie and Qingzhen in Guiyang. The bridge forms part of a new rail line between Zhijin County and Guiyang.
Although the Najiehe Railway Bridge is officially 310 metres high, the bridge will cross over the reservoir of the Dongfeng Dam so will only be 285 metres above the water level.
