Mytilineos Holdings S.A. (Greek: Μυτιληναίος Α.Ε - Oμιλος Επιχειρήσεων, literally Mytilineos Group of Companies) is a Greek-based industrial conglomerate whose companies are active in the sectors of metallurgy, energy and EPC. The firm, which was founded in 1990 as a metallurgical company of international trade and participations, is an evolution of an old metallurgical family business which began its activity in 1908. In 2011, the Group's consolidated turnover stood at €1.57 billion, its EBITDA at €208.7 million and net profit at €42.6 million.
