Mugda Medical College & Hospital is a 500 bed facility, for which construction began in 2006. The hospital opened in July 2013, and started admitting patients in early 2014. The hospital includes a 13 story building on 9.5 acres of land.[1][2][3]
This hospital is home to a new Medical College of Bangladesh. It's the 4th govt. medical college. From the first month of 2016, it has started classes of regular MBBS course.[4]
this Medical College is running the 2nd batch already. It has its own cultural, sports & social committee. Different programmes are held on occasions. It has been a great medical college.
