Ministry of Environment and Energy (Greece)
The Ministry of Environment and Energy (Greek: Υπουργείο Παραγωγικής Ανασυγκρότησης, Περιβάλλοντος και Ενέργειας) is a government department of Greece responsible for industrial, environmental and energy policy. It replaced the narrower Ministry of the Environment, Energy and Climate Change, which was itself created on 7 October 2009 to succeed the Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works. The incumbent minister is Panos Skourletis. The Alternate Minister of Environment is Giannis Tsironis.
