Maudaha is a city and a municipal board in Hamirpur district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Agriculture is main occupation of the people.
Geography
Maudaha is located at 25°41′N 80°07′E / 25.68°N 80.12°E.[1] It has an average elevation of 120 metres (393 feet).
Demographics
As of 2011 India census,[2] Maudaha had a population of 40,003. Males constitute 53.2% of the population and females 46.8%. Maudaha has an average literacy rate of 68.8%, lower than the national average of 74.1%: male literacy is 75.2%, and female literacy is 61.5%.
