Matthew Yuan (born 1973) is an American actor and writer.[1] He and his twin brother John Yuan wrote the micro-budget zombie film, Death Valley: The Revenge of Bloody Bill for The Asylum in 2004 for producer David Michael Latt.

He made his acting debut in 2009, again with his twin brother, in Jody Hill's Observe and Report as one of Ronny Barnhardt's (Seth Rogen) security guard underlings. He and his brother are fans of Dungeons and Dragons[2] and have filmed a series of zombie survival videos for MTV Iggy.[3] They are also currently the unofficial spokesmen for BOOM! Studios[4] and have guest blogged for Wired Magazine's Underwire website.[5]

In September 2012, John and his brother began writing, drawing, and publishing comic books, starting with a self-published titled Declan and Chang: Sweet F.A. According to the commentary in issue number two[6] and an interview for the website fanboycomics.net, the characters and story are based upon a MechWarrior RPG campaign that they have, as of 2013, been running with their friends for the past fifteen years.[7] In 2015, they announced that they were working to create a new series Serving Supes to be published through First Comics in November 2015.[8]
