Marta Hegemann
Marta Hegemann (1894–1970) was a German artist. She was married to fellow artist Anton Räderscheidt (October 11, 1892 – March 8, 1970).
Hegemann was involved with developing a Cologne Dada group in 1919, and its offshoot 'Stupid' with her friend Angelika Hoerle. She was a leading artist of the Cologne avant-garde during the 1920s. She was a practitioner of her own blend of magic realism. A selection of her work is on public display in the Museum Ludwig, Cologne.
