"My art works right now revolves around informal structures in life. The hidden, the blind spot or the non-recognised interest me. In my ongoing work “Informalities” I photograph places and activities that are not organised by governments or officials. On one hand “informal” means outside of the law. On the other, informal means trust, innovation, engagement and collaboration. Informal life springs out of ambitions, dreams, desirers or necessities and can be found within all sectors of society."
