Marcus Michael Riccelli (born June 7, 1978) is an American politician of the Democratic Party. He is a member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 3rd district.[1]
Marcus is a graduate of Spokane’s Mead High School. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University in 2000, and a Master of Public Administration in 2007 from the University of Washington's Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs. He served as U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell’s Eastern Washington Director, and as Senior Policy Adviser to former state Senate Majority Leader Lisa Brown. He is active in Spokane’s downtown Rotary 21, serves on the Spokane advisory board for Daybreak Youth Services, is an adviser to the Spokane YMCA Youth Legislature Delegation, and served as a City Plan Commissioner. In the House, he is on the Capital Budget, Health Care & Wellness, Higher Education and Transportation committees. Marcus is married with one child. Marcus was elected to the Washington State House of Representatives in 2012.
