Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) (Māori: Te Whare Takiura o Manukau) is a large institute of technology in Auckland, New Zealand. Established in 1970, Manukau Institute of Technology has its campus in Otara, Auckland and an additional eight specialised campuses throughout Auckland.
Manukau Institute of Technology has several key relationships with other institutes including: University of Auckland, Te Wananga O Aotearoa, Unitec NZ and Southern Cross University in Australia. [4]
