Mārjāryāsana
Marjaryasana is an Asana. It is translated as Cat Pose from Sanskrit.
The name of this pose comes from "marjara" meaning "cat", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".[1][2][3]
Benefits and Cautions
This pose stimulates the internal organs of the torso, and stretches the back and neck muscles.
Be careful while doing this pose if you have neck injury.[1]
