Lost Love in Times (Chinese: 醉玲珑) is an upcoming television series starring Cecilia Liu, William Chan and Xu Haiqiao. It is based on Shi Siye's novel, Drunk Ling Long.[1]
Plot
Feng Qingchen (Cecilia Liu) is a sorceress of Mingyi Tower, the secret organisation tasked with protecting the royal family. Yuan Ling (William Chan) is a prince from Western Wei, a ruling kingdom during the Northern and Southern Dynasties. Yuan Zhan (Xu Haiqiao), the seventh prince, is Yuan Ling's biggest competitor in both power and love.
After getting to know each other, Feng Qingchen is impressed by Yuan Ling’s abilities and suppresses her feelings for the sake of seeing him ascend his rightful position. Despite Qingchen’s contributions to the kingdom, the court is vehemently against Yuan Ling marrying a woman who dabbles in black magic. Yuan Zhan launches a coup on the day of the wedding ceremony, and Qingchen uses her powers to reset the universe in an effort to prevent further bloodshed. Qingchen is eventually able to heal the rift between Yuan Ling and Yuan Zhan, allowing them to join hands to overthrow the corrupt officials and return peace to the land.

Production
The series is produced by the team behind the 2015 hit drama The Journey of Flower; joining the team would be producer Tang Lijun, director Lin Yufen (who also directed Cecilia Liu's 2011 hit drama Scarlet Heart) and scriptwriter Rao Hou.
William Chang, who won a Golden Horse nomination for Best Costume Design with The Grandmaster, would be serving as its stylist. Fang Sizhe, who often work on period dramas like Noble Aspirations and Scarlet Heart, serves as the clothes designer. Chen Haozhi, who previously worked on Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and The Last Supper, would be the artistic director. Li Cai, who often works with director Zhang Yimou, would serve as the stunt coordinator. Special effects are being handled by The White Rabbit Entertainment Inc; they are the only Chinese company to pass the provided by the Content Protection & Security Program (CPS Program) provided by the Content Delivery & Security Association (CDSA).
Principal photography officially begun on October 24, 2016.
