This list of robotic alien species is limited to species and groups of genetically related extraterrestrial organisms that exhibit physical features, attributes or forms similar to full, partial or semi-robotic while excluding specific references to individual organisms. This list includes cyborgs, robots, mechanical and cybernetic species. Aliens that are created through technological means. This category also includes lifeforms that have been altered so that their existence depends on implants and other technologies.
