First Spouse of Indonesia
First Lady of Indonesia | |

Inaugural holder | Fatmawati |
Formation | August 18, 1945 |
The First Lady and First Gentleman of Indonesia is the title attributed to the wife or husband of the President of Indonesia. Out of six presidents of Indonesia until 2013, one is female (Megawati Sukarnoputri), so the neutral word "spouse" is used. State convention of Indonesia gives the title Ibu Negara for the First Lady. Literally it means "mother of the country". No equivalent term is designated for the male counterpart ("first gentleman") so far.
This is a list of spouses of the president of Indonesia.
