Leena Nair (born 1969) global senior vice-president for leadership and organisation development at Unilever.[1] She graduated from XLRI- Xavier School of Management and worked from Unilever's Indian branch since 1992. Life
Her hometown is Kolhapur,Maharshtra. After graduating from XLRI, Jamshedpur, she started working at three different factories in Kolkata, Ambattur, Tamil Nadu and Taloja, Maharashtra.[3]
