Ksenia Palkina Ulukan (née: Palkina; Russian: Ксения Палкина Улукан; born 13 December 1989) is a Kyrgyzstani tennis player.
Palkina Ulukan has won eight singles and nineteen doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 23 March 2009, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 163. On 12 April 2010, she peaked at world number 164 in the doubles rankings.

Palkina was born to Marina and had a brother named Nikita.[1] She currently resides in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.[1] Her favourite surface is clay.[1]
