Ginza Kojyu (also known as Ginza Koju) is a Michelin 3-star sushi restaurant in Ginza, Chūō, Tokyo, Japan. It is owned and operated by sushi chef Toru Okuda.[1] It is a personal favorite of chef, David Kinch.[2][3]
