History
Hunter Vogel represents the fourth generation of farmers in his family. His Father, grandfather and his fathers grandfather have all had the passion of growing a seed into a finished product.[1] KitFox Vineyards started in 2000 with the planting of Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon (32 acres), Syrah (8.8 acres), Viognier (1.6 acres) and Sauvignon blanc (1.5 acres)),[2] after it was determined that the land on which they had been growing almonds and walnuts was suitable for farming wine grapes.
Wines
KitFox Vineyards produces wines from many varieties of grape including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Refosco, Chenin blanc, Sauvignon blanc, Viognier, Albarino, Orange Muscat and Riesling.
