Kim Evan McQuilken (born February 26, 1951 in Allentown, Pennsylvania) is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League for the Atlanta Falcons and Washington Redskins. He played college football at Lehigh University and was a consensus first team All American and lead the nation in passing in Division II his senior year. Following his college career McQuilken was drafted in the third round of the 1974 NFL Draft. Following his seven years in the NFL, he played for one season with the Washington Federals of the United States Football League in their 1983 inaugural season and was their opening day starter.

McQuilken went on to become executive vice president of the Cartoon Network, before leaving the network in 2006 to set up his own sports and entertainment marketing and licensing consulting business.[1]
