Kharkovchanka
Kharkovchanka (code name: Manufacture 404S) is a model of Antarctic off-road vehicle made at 1958 in the Soviet Union, manufactured by the Malyshev Factory in Kharkov.[1] Based on platform of the tractor AT-T with aggregates of the tank T-54. In December 1959 it was delivered to the Antarctica and reached the South Pole. The off-road vehicle had a small kitchen, toilet, oven and 8 beds. In 1969 the 2nd generation of Kharkovchanka was produced and in 1975 it was delivered to the Antarctica.
