Keokuk Municipal Airport (IATA: EOK, ICAO: KEOK, FAA LID: EOK) is a city owned public use airport located four nautical miles (5 mi, 7 km) northwest of the central business district of Keokuk, a city in Lee County, Iowa, United States.[1] It is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation facility.[2]

Facilities and aircraft

Keokuk Municipal Airport covers an area of 372 acres (151 ha) at an elevation of 671 feet (205 m) above mean sea level. It has two runways with concrete surfaces: 8/26 is 5,500 by 100 feet (1,676 x 30 m) with a ; 14/32 is 3,576 by 100 feet (1,090 x 30 m).[1]

For the 12-month period ending September 19, 2011, the airport had 8,050 aircraft operations, an average of 22 per day: 94% general aviation and 6% air taxi and At that time there were 22 aircraft based at this airport: 77% single-engine and 23% multi-engine.[1]
