Kentucky Route 442 (KY 442) is a 6.661-mile-long (10.720 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels through rural areas of Washington.
Route description
KY 442 begins at an intersection with U.S. Route 150 (US 150; Perryville Road) east of Pottsville, within the extreme southeastern part of Washington County. It travels to the north-northwest and curves to the northwest. It makes a right turn and travels to the northeast. It heads to the north-northeast and then begins to parallel Deep Creek. At an intersection with the western terminus of KY 1920 (Perryville–Mackville Road), KY 442 turns left and travels to the northwest. The highway curves to the north-northwest and then begins paralleling Glens Creek. It passes Cull and Bottom cemeteries and then meets its northern terminus, an intersection with KY 152 (Mackville–Harrodsburg Road).[1]
