The station's studios are in Urbandale, Iowa, with Cumulus Media's other Des Moines stations: KJJY, KGGO, KWQW, and KBGG. The station originally billed itself as "97.3 The Hawk," but as of May 24, 2013, it rebranded itself as "Nash FM 97.3" as part of Cumulus' plan to convert a majority of their 84 Country-formatted properties to the "Nash FM" brand.[1]
