The Journal of Chinese Religions (JCR) is the leading specialist journal in the field of Chinese religions. It is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes articles, book reviews, and other communications on all aspects of Chinese religions. The journal is supported by the Society for the Study of Chinese Religions (SSCR) and UC Berkeley, and published bi-annually by Maney Publishing. Its current editor is Professor Mark Csikszentmihalyi of the East Asian Languages and Cultures department at UC Berkeley.

Maney Publishing is partnering with the SSCR to publish the Journal of Chinese Religions from 2013. Maney is investing in the digitization of the entire back archive, back to Volume 1, 1972.
