José Enrique Reina Lizárraga (born 12 August 1969) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PAN. As of 2012 he served as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Sonora.[1] He is the mayor of San Luis Río Colorado for the term from 2015 to 2018 and previously held that position from 2000 to 2003.
