Job Hilliard Lippincott (November 12, 1842 – July 5, 1900) was a lawyer who served as United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey and was an Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.[1]
Lippincott was born in Vincentown, New Jersey and attended Vincentown Academy. He is a 1865 graduate (with the degree of Bachelor of Laws) of Dane Law School, Harvard. He was President of the Board of Education of Hudson County from 1868 to 1871.
Lippincott was U.S. Attorney for New Jersey from 1886 to 1887[2] and Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court from 1893 to 1900.[3]
His spouse was Keziah Budd Lippincott. He resided in Jersey City. He was interred in Mount Holly Cemetery.
